Always love seeing this briefing book hit my inbox - thanks again to Zarina Gabdolova & the teams Village Capital & Visa for inviting me to mentor their spring cohort of Greentech Europe. Fascinating to see the change in the problems companies are looking to solve from cohort to cohort. The BIGGEST takeaways from the mentor conversations, with founders, was to lean into the heat. If you're seeing organic traction in a certain market go after it head-on. With fundraising being a challenge the path to revenue/profit is crucial. Also have to share this incredible nugget from Eric Estroff - sometimes as a CEO you need to take your CEO hat off & put on your Account Manager hat. Ask yourself: ❤️ How do I nurture the human relationships behind "the customer" persona? 📈 How do I set my customer up for success with their stakeholders? 😁 How do I tell the emotive "why" of my story?
