What makes Eagle Mill Bed & Breakfast different? We have invested in brand new buildings and the luxurious environment feels more hotel-like. All the rooms are within the Eagle Mill grounds so guests don’t have to go into someone’s house and they don’t have to be quiet, so we probably have the edge as far as those points are concerned. Without being pretentious, we’re probably offering more luxury than most. One of the things we've learnt is that it’s easier to be a Bed and Breakfast than it is to be a hotel, because they have so many things to get right but also to get wrong. Someone might go to a hotel and have a wonderful night’ sleep but then have a bad breakfast, or experience poor customer service. People will not dwell on the good, they’ll focus on the parts of their stay that they didn’t enjoy. That’s the beauty of running a Bed and Breakfast – we manage the standards from the moment our guests arrive, to their departure.

The secret key lies in strawberries! Find out why... Think of your hotel rooms like strawberries. If you only sell them in standard boxes, you're missing out on a whole world of possibilities! Just like when we picked strawberries, we didn’t just eat them raw—we made marmalade, a cake, smoothies, a dessert, even a fruit bowl... and okay, there may have been some vodka involved too. 😉 The real fun came from the flexibility of picking them ourselves and transforming them into different experiences. It’s the same with your real-estate based guest experiences. Start with the smallest unit, and package them up to create diverse experiences that appeal to different guests. And remember, a room category is not the lowest denominator of your real-estate asset.

Let's talk mattress runs! Basically, a mattress run involves booking a hotel stay that you don’t need because the value outweighs the cost. For example, Mike stayed 6 nights at Hyatt Place Makassar, earning 6,345 points worth $152, plus 6 elite nights, earning him an FNA. Mexico - Ventus Ha marina elcid : think again. Staying Sept 26, 2024 - Oct 3rd 2024. Today is 2nd day - Sept 27, 2024 This is my 3rd visit. I bring my friends’s couple. My story is… Bad customer service - nobody listen to you. AC not working on Ventus Ha - hotel (32 degree and hot), give me an option to stay marina elcid : which is not payed for the stay. This is totally unacceptable. At least better room at different building or same grade room at Ventus not marina Elcid old small far away room from me. If this thing didn’t changed or make right, I’ll never comeback and let all my effort to make this story know public. So disappointed… and the room I got bed smells from bedding, pillow covers, room. Hotel put dehumidifier in my room - not working. 1 more thing September is low season - only some restaurant often. This make it limited option for dining. Which is totally different from internet. And explain to me only rooms available lowest grade room - really??? Hopefully manager do some work to make this place better.

An idli can be: 10 rupees at a street food stall, 50 rupees at a local restaurant, 100 rupees at a mid-range hotel, and 300 rupees at a luxury resort. Though the idli remains the same, its value shifts depends on where it is being served. Imagine yourself as that idli. If your prospects undervalue or refuse your price, something’s not right. Don’t lose heart. Choose a different platform, niche or strategy and notice the difference. Try to become the idli served at luxury resorts — you will feel the shift!
