If you’re tasked with booking a block of hotel rooms for attendees of an upcoming meeting or event, you might assume you’re ultimately responsible for paying for ALL the rooms. NOT TRUE! Just like any other hotel reservation, a credit card is required to secure the reservation, but you can have guests book and pay for their own rooms within the block.
