Do not act in a way that leads to lies! Employers should not have unrealistic expectations. Hiring someone who can do all tasks may lead to hearing lies from applicants. It’s better to recognize that every job requires a specialist, and one person cannot do everything. This is particularly true in startups, which often fail because they look for someone who can do it all due to budget constraints. #graphicdesigns #hiring #employee
