We're sold out... AGAIN! and taking pre-orders... AGAIN! Selling out of product can be such a polarizing feeling: 🍸 On one hand, I feel a sense of pride! What we're doing is working & people want to try our product! We did that, Kylie Vonnahme 👏 🍸 On the other hand, I feel frantic. We need more stock! Let's put pressure on our manufacturing and co-packing partners for quicker turn around! We need to change our marketing messaging! *making a mental note to get better at projections* The list goes on. BUT... seeing those pre-orders rolling in DEFINITELY makes it better!! GO PRE-ORDER NOW @ un-supplements.com 🥂
Memorial Day Weekend was a success... such a success that we're SOLD OUT! Don't worry, we have another batch in production that should be ready to ship by June 21st. Go pre-order now @ un-supplements.com 🥂

This is my 42nd year in the biz. Early in my career I bled scotch plaid for 3M. As they fell victim to "shareholder value", I started to bleed 9 dot blue for Sealed Air. We were partners, warriors together. We connected on adding value to the end user. We were relationship based, our interactions weren't transactional, they were transformational. Our customers bled Sealed Air blue too. The leadership was blasphemous by today's standards. We partied, we high fived our biggest customers at 2 am on a Thursday as the lights came on in the bar and still made that 8 o'clock meeting to collaborate on making the their business more profitable. We used SAC as the abbreviation but when we told the Sealed Air story it was with the pride of innovation... Bubblewrap, Instapak, Korrvu. We carried combo TV/VHS machines to illustrate the value. We demonstrated, we closed the door behind us. Our competition couldn't catch us with a SpaceX rocket. But a funny thing happened along the way... SAC became SEE, the stock symbol, and the decay was on. Buy a toilet cleaner company called Diversey. Confuse, dilute and destabilize the brand. Rebrand away from the 9 dots, the symbol of one of the most important inventions of the 20th century, Bubblewrap, to some ridiculous, nebulous, logo with no meaning, no anchor, no concept. Put SEE under it so stock would fly out the door. Hire some guy from another country with the sole purpose of pumping to stock price by gutting the soul of the most iconic packaging brand of the 1900's. Create an echo chamber by hiring consultants to assure you you're right and start to eradicate the subject matter experts that made you...YOU. Let kids with Harvard MBAs draw lines on spreadsheets and fire deciples by email before they return from vacation. Reorganize every two years in search of a model that had a fraction of the efficacy of the past. Keep the cheap players to pump the earnings in the most myopic short term vision ever. Short change distribution with coverage, innovation, collaboration and hope that yesterday's sunshine would be warm enough or that the massive consolidation in the industry would leave them with so few options that the best of the worst would do. I can't stand to watch my core, my friends, my industry gutted by algorithms, spreadsheets and outsiders who wouldn't know right if it smashed them in the forehead and left a paragraph embedded for view in a mirror. Sustainable isn't curbside recyclability and it definitely isn't kicking to the same curb the best of the best on whose shoulders a company, a brand was launched. Our job is to teach, coach, consult and show the next generation how packaging is paramount to the success of their brand. That will take hand to hand combat, not swinging them, but shaking them and working shoulder to shoulder to evolve the very best solutions. If this sounds old school, it's because I AM old, but I see the angles and still have the speed to make the tackle. So do you, let's talk.
Last Day at Sealed Air today. 37+ year run. I’m very comfortable with my decision and look forward to an exciting early retirement. I’m so grateful to Sealed Air family and all the friends I have been with on this journey. It was a great ride. I’ll be attending meetings only with a dress code that requires T shirt, shorts and flip flops😎

Glad to see trade schools making a comeback! With the rising demand for skilled workers in fields like construction, diesel tech, and computer technology, it's no surprise that enrollment in trade schools has been on the rise. According to recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, occupations requiring vocational training are projected to grow faster than the average for all occupations. It’s great to see our leaders recognizing the importance of hands-on training and specialized skills in meeting the demands of the workforce. What other factors do you think are contributing to this renewed interest in trade education?
Lt. Governor Jon Husted was at the Southern Hills Career & Technical Center's groundbreaking ceremony yesterday! The expansion project was made possible by a $4.6 million Career Technical Construction Program grant, helping the school expand their facility to add two new programs – Welding Fabrication and Allied Health Care – to serve up to 100 additional students.

New Dallas-based HQ for Petro-Canada Lubricants (part of HF Sinclair). Petro-Canada Lubricants was brought into the HF Sinclair fold in 2017, but has retained its performance heritage required to excel in weather extremes.
Our HF Sinclair Dallas Headquarters has officially moved, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to start this new chapter in our stunning new space! You can see our beloved DINO on the side of our sky-high building in Victory Park, and like many of our sites, you’ll find DINO on the ground level, too. Here’s to new beginnings. #DINO
