It's not about hitting a home run every once in a while, but rather consistently doing the right activities to grow your business. Consistency creates momentum. Just like pushing a boulder, getting started takes effort, but once you build up momentum, it becomes easier to keep going. The same is true in real estate. The more consistent you are, the easier it becomes to generate leads and close deals. Consistency builds trust. People want to work with agents they know, like, and trust. Consistently showing up and delivering value builds that trust over time. It's not about being the flashiest agent, but rather the one who consistently provides exceptional service. Consistency compounds results. Small actions done consistently over time can lead to massive results. For example, making just 5 additional calls per day adds up to over 1,000 extra contacts in a year. It's the compounding effect of consistency that leads to exponential growth.
