Typical Problem : It’s like Founders focussed on #PersonalBranding before creating a successful #Brand On a side note, the emphasis of #PersonalBrandbuilding before building any successful #brand is as flawed as ‘start ups’ guiding other ‘start ups’ on how to scale.

Startup Advice I Wish I Had When I Started My First Company Slow down. Reflect. It might seem counterintuitive, especially with the "move fast and break things" mantra, but taking time to slow down and reflect can provide much-needed clarity. Ask yourself: 1. What do I truly care about? 2. What do my customers need? 3. Am I building what they need? This is the advice I wish I'd received early on. I pray for a day when people finally understand that a meeting shouldn’t last more than 15 minutes. How to kill a meeting in 3 points: • Invite people who have nothing to do with the topic. • Have an unclear topic, so the meeting drags on for more than 15 minutes (and often stretches to 1 hour). • Hold regular meetings, even when you have nothing meaningful to say. As a startup, we have to be productive. Anything that doesn’t align with this direction should be banned. #startups
