⚠️ SAVE THIS VIDEO for when you look for your next TC! Here are a few important questions to ask when vetting any transaction coordinator: 👇 General Process and Communication: * What is your experience level and areas of expertise? * How will we communicate throughout the transaction (email, phone, etc.)? * What is your preferred method for receiving documents? * How often can I expect updates on the progress of the transaction? * Can you explain your typical turnaround time for tasks? Specific Tasks and Responsibilities: * What specific tasks will you be handling in this transaction? (e.g., paperwork preparation, communication with lenders and inspectors, scheduling appointments) * Are there any tasks that are specifically excluded from your services? * What is the process for requesting additional services outside of your standard package? Availability and Responsiveness: * What are your typical working hours? * Will you be available after hours or on weekends for urgent matters? * Who will be my point of contact if you are unavailable? Security and Technology: * How do you ensure the security of my personal information? * What online transaction management platform (if any) will you be using? Additionally, buyers may want to ask: * Can you explain the closing process in detail? * What documents will I need to provide for closing P.S. if you’re on the hunt for a new TC, I’m well prepared to answer every last one of these 😉 #nolimits #tclife #transactioncoordinator #tcgoals #realestatehacks #realtorlife

The correct answer is A. Explanation: The question states that the deliverables have been previously verified implying the Control Quality process has been completed and resulted in verified deliverables as one of its outputs. In the scenario described, you are performing the Validate Scope process which is the process of formalizing acceptance of completed and verified project deliverables. One of the tools and techniques associated with this process is an inspection. The inspection includes activities such as measuring, examining, and validating to determine whether the work and deliverables meet requirements and product acceptance criteria. A product review is an example of an inspection. In this scenario, the client performed a test which exposed a software bug and caused a deliverable to be rejected. Unless stated otherwise in the question text, deliverables are always placed under configuration control. Therefore, submitting a change request to fix the deliverable is what you should do. *Stop by at https://lnkd.in/gjCnFQf and try the PM Exam Simulator free for 7 days. #pmpexamprep #projectmanagement #pmpsamplequestion #pmpexamsimulator
