"Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer." Over the past 15 days, I traveled over 3,000 miles across Europe, visiting France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, and Vatican City. Along the way, I had several conversations about entrepreneurship. It was fascinating to experience different cultures and see how people perceive the world. From these discussions, here are some key questions and reflections that emerged: 1) What is success? -Should you build a company to sell it, or should you make it a lifestyle business? -Do you aim to grow your company to 1000 people, or prefer to keep it lean with a team of 50? Strategy behind the volume? -Above all, work within an ecosystem that either helps you grow or brings you happiness. Success should always align with what makes you happy, only then can you truly bring joy to others. 2) Is moving away from your birthplace essential for growth? -Opportunities exist everywhere, it’s your caliber and perspective that determine how you leverage them. -Traveling is essential for learning about different cultures, building connections, gaining broader perspectives, and understanding history. However, does this mean you need to permanently leave your roots, culture, and family? Not necessarily. Growth can happen while staying connected to your origins. 3) Why is knowing the "why" behind any action important? -It provides clarity of purpose and helps you focus your energy on what truly matters. -A clear "why" allows for more effective decision-making and alignment with your goals. -During setbacks, understanding your "why" keeps you grounded and resilient. -It helps you prioritize and say no to unnecessary distractions. In a Nutshell: Do what makes you happy, set your own goals rather than following what others are doing, focus on what truly matters, inspire and be inspired, and travel more to learn more! I agree. Build an ecosystem of your own and make sure it’s the best for everyone. Make yourself skilled enough to let things grow!
