Yes, finding new customers is important, but we urge you... don't take your existing customers for granted. Typically, as much as 60-70% of a company's revenue comes from return customers. Consider what would happen if you took a portion of your ad spend currently tasked with attracting new customers and used it instead to spoil your existing customers with an unexpected holiday gift!? While it's likely too late in the season to plan and launch a physical gift campaign, there is still time to create and send an on-brand holiday card that reminds your customers (or referral partners) how much you value them. And you guessed it, we can help with that! DM us "25% OFF Holiday Cards" to learn more about how we can help you send a stand out digital or direct mail card to show your people you care. >>> Offer ends tonight at 12pm PST.<<< #CyberMonday #HolidaySeason #SpoilYourCustomers

When did convenience cost us connection? What happens when the places that built our memories disappear? This Christmas feels different. For years, our neighborhood wasn’t just about decorations — it was about people like Dsouza Uncle. Every year, he’d wear his Santa outfit, hand out brownies, and spread cheer. But this year, his store is shut. Another shop—a stationery store run by a kind couple—also closed after COVID. They were the ones who’d stay open late when I had an assignment deadline or needed supplies last minute. Both places had been part of my life for years. Both are now just memories. Now, Q-commerce, discounts, and apps have replaced them. I get it—progress is inevitable. But we’ve lost something irreplaceable: → The joy of being greeted by name. → The warmth of small conversations. → The sense of belonging. Christmas feels a little less magical without Uncle in his Santa outfit, or the sweet couple who always remembered to wish us luck before every exam. So here’s a thought: the next time you need something, visit your local kirana or neighborhood shop. It may not be as fast or discounted as an app, but it’s a way of holding onto the culture and connections that shaped us. Because once they’re gone, they’re gone forever. P.S.: If there’s a Dsouza Uncle or a local shop owner in your life, drop by this festive season. Even a little support can mean the world to them. Merry Christmas to all.<3

Don't create a Christmas sales campaign until you read this: This approach always works; try it and thank me later. (even if your tactics seem ridiculous) 1. Create a Christmas-themed landing page. 2. Use outrageous holiday-themed copy. 3. Add a "Buy Now" button with a festive twist. 4. Offer limited-time holiday discounts. 5. Post daily holiday-themed content. 6. Engage with followers in a fun, festive way. 7. If they show interest, push for a sale. 8. Use these 5 festive engagement questions: - What's your favourite holiday memory? - Have you shopped our holiday deals before? - How did it go? - What would make your holiday shopping better? - How soon do you need your gifts? 9. Send a personalized holiday message. 10. Suggest products that fit their needs. 11. Highlight the holiday discount. 12. Mention the limited-time offer. 13. Emphasize the urgency of holiday shopping. 14. Ask them to complete their purchase. 15. If they hesitate, follow up the next day. 16. If they buy, send a thank-you note. These tactics will make your holiday sales merry and bright. Happy selling!

Christmas Shopping Made Easy (and Useful!) Every year, I make a Christmas list with links and hand it over to my family. Why? Because useless presents make things weird. Holidays - What's happening? Hobby Lobby had Christmas decorations in June, Starbucks started selling Pumpkin Spice Lattes in August, and July is the new Christmas in all the big box stores. I laughed when I heard Starbucks say something along the lines of "People asked for it." I mean, I asked to eat ice cream every day when I was little but my mom still said no, and for a good reason. Ice cream is supposed to be a treat, and holidays are like that too. If you haven't already released holiday deals, don't freak out, it's ok! According to Think With Google: "Shoppers leave most of their purchases until Decemeber. Last year, the average U.S. holiday shopper had over half of their shopping left to do after Cyber Week." Google keeps a good track record of consumer buying, so don't stress, just make sure you have those deals ready to go for the holiday season and plan those posts and promotion dates now. What's most important is that you make sure your customers actually know about those deals and special shopping dates. Just because it's on your website or you've mentioned it a few times on social media doesn't mean they know. Send out newsletters, emails, and if you're on social media, make sure you're posting about it at least 3 times a week! 3 is the number you should aim for a month prior to the holidays, once a day during the holiday seasons, and twice a day when you're 2 weeks out from Christmas. #OnlineMarketingTips #OnlineMarketingStrategies #OnlineMarketingCoach #OnlineMarketingStrategy #HolidayMarketing #SocialMediaStrategyTips #MarketingTeam #20DegreesMedia

Three days before Christmas, a small business should focus on finalizing holiday marketing efforts, reminding customers of shipping deadlines, updating store hours, ensuring festive displays, and potentially offering last-minute deals to capture remaining holiday shoppers. Communicate any upcoming shipping cut-off dates to customers to manage expectations and prevent last-minute disappointment. Advertise your holiday store hours on all platforms, including your website, social media, and physical signage, to avoid confusion. Consider offering limited-time discounts or special packages to entice customers to make purchases before Christmas. Reinforce your store's holiday aesthetic with decorations, festive music, and themed packaging. Utilize social media to remind customers about your holiday offerings, share gift ideas, and run quick giveaways. Engage with customers in-store through personalized greetings, gift-wrapping assistance, or special holiday promotions. Ensure your staff is well-informed about current promotions, holiday hours, and customer service expectations.
