Have you ever wondered about the steps to purchasing commercial real estate in Arizona? Step 3 is due diligence. Once you sign the PSA you go into escrow. During escrow you conduct due diligence. One of the big tasks of DD is confirming the property does not have any encumbrances that would interfere with your proposed use. If there are issues, you can address them early and often. You use the title report and a survey (if you have one - you should have one).
