Great example of how a team works as a single unit over a fairly long time frame. while they're celebrating 3rd anniversary in a new avatar, I have seen them working together as far as my memory serves - more than 10 years for sure. So, what's the mantra to stick together as a team for over a decade 1. Complete autonomy and sense of ownership. Decision making including very strategic ones such as partner selection is done with everyone agreeing to the same. 2. Total transparency - everyone knows everything about the company including access to the CEO's email ( not advocating this as a best practice though 🤣), but nothing can be a greater example of transparency 3. Direct and no nonsense communication style including arguments 4. Complete flexibility in working hours. Family priorities come first for everyone and other team members support the person who needs time away automatically. These are few of my impressions as an outside observer who has seen this team through ups and downs.
The winning team of D- Bright Minds( DBM) celebrates the 3rd Birthday of our Success Story with fun, frolic, full masti mood at Pondicherry...A beautiful team bonding stay at Pondicherry's lavish resort and beautiful beach makes the love of the team mates more fonder for each other....This dedicated team has been together for more than 2 decades as one unit and are taking DBM to greater heights every single day...Time to pamper ourselves...

Not every company can be Gong Outside of Lamanna and JC, these 2 companies represent a lot of the people I see on LinkedIn making waves. In all seriousness, this is my favorite partnership I've ever seen on LinkedIn JR Butler is a great guy. First words out of his mouth when I DMed him that I liked his content - "how can I help" And what better group of people to support than transitioning athletes and veterans? Dylan Rheault seems like a genuine guy and is always sharing other people's wins. We all grow together 🚀 One of the realest people on this platform, CT Falk told me to check out the work that Apex Revenue was doing. Said months ago that they were going to change the game 🔥 They only hire in person so it wasn't in alignment at the time, but I followed Justin Middleton and have seen them take off. Then more and more people started popping up. Added CEO Joey Gilkey off a comment he made about being holistic without even realizing he was with Apex. Ryan Reisert, Josh Braun, and Morgan Ingram were the first 3 LinkedIn influencers I knew of before I was even active on LinkedIn. So when I saw Ryan was involved, I knew it was legit Thomas W. Theisen, Charles Needham, and Scott Manea are 3 dope people I've connected with on this platform as well Scott actually joined my fantasy baseball league and is a great dude PS - Please help me out and peer pressure him to post so he can feel the power of this platform 💪 #shift #allgasnobrakes #apexrevenue #sports #military #veteran #gamer #apexNOTfortnite #videogames
20+% connect rates without changing your data vendor or dialer // Playing the infinite game // Generalist
Worked with the Shift Group to find one of the most legit reps I've seen in a while. Going to be a great asset to an already strong team. Welcome to the team Keith Winfrey.

Planning Christmas activities for both staff and the community can take a lot of work alongside day to day business tasks. We started planning a month ago! How do you juggle finding time to prepare for Christmas and ensuring day to day business continues as normal? and the big question is, is it ever too early to start? 🎄 As a big Christmas fan, my answer is no, it’s never too early! But between Christmas social media content, client messages, staff Christmas parties, community/charity support and more… time can escape you very quickly! We like to make sure we have a team involved, rather than it being one person’s responsibility so we can achieve more in a shorter space of time and it remains manageable! P.S Can you spot what they are making? 👀
Our creative team have started Christmas preparations for one of our annual traditions... it's never too early! 🎄

"𝑳𝒍𝒆𝒈ó 𝒍𝒂 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒂 𝒅𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒈𝒂𝒓 𝒍𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂" Today, a few days late, is a day of farewells, as well as one of gratitude and reflection. After almost a year and a half, as part of ZKTeco (ZKTeco Europe) as 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, the time has come to close this chapter and, literally as explained in Spanish, 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘮𝘺 𝘡𝘒 𝘫𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵 to face new challenges. I want to take this opportunity to deeply thank the company and this position for everything they have offered me, although I have already personally thanked each of you for your part in my professional journey. Over this time, I've had the honor of working with an amazing group of professionals from whom I've learned not only about products, technologies, services, and the company's ecosystem, but also, I've gained invaluable 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴. Of course, it hasn't always been an easy road: like any experience, I've had my share of difficult moments, faced complex process, and overcome differences... But the lessons taken from each challenge, whether positive or not, are something I carry with me and greatly value. It's also true that, when challenges are faced with your colleagues and even friends, it always becomes more memorable. As I mentioned in my internal farewell: ✉️ "𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳, 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘮 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵. Thank you, ZKTeco Europe, for this unforgettable chapter, and thanks to so many names that come to my mind Now it's time for what's next; I'm ready to take on new challenges and experiences. #Despedida #NuevosRetos #CrecimientoPersonal #Agradecimiento #Farewell #NewChallenges #ProfessionalGrowth #Gratitude #ZKTeco #TechnicalSupport

🏆 Proud sponsors of 'THE DREAM TEAM' category at The Nottys, where we celebrated those rare workplace unicorns who've mastered the art of not rolling their eyes during Monday morning meetings! Turns out, some people really have cracked the code of workplace harmony - and no, it's not just about hiding the good biscuits from Karen in Accounts. These champions make collaboration look easier than explaining to your boss why you're "working from home" during Wimbledon. The winning teams showed us that success isn't just about KPIs and synergy (though we do love a good buzzword bingo). It's about somehow maintaining a straight face when someone suggests "Let's take this offline" for the fifth time that day. To all the winners: we're genuinely impressed by your ability to achieve greatness without descending into passive-aggressive Post-it notes about the office fridge. Truly remarkable stuff! 👏 Haven't booked your spot yet? There's still time to join in the fun! Grab your tickets here: https://lnkd.in/e6FS_ged Check out more workplace wizardry at @TheNottys or thenottys.co.uk - where business meets banter, and everyone pretends the awards aren't going straight on their desk to assert dominance. #TheNottys #BusinessButFun #MiGolfSponsorship #DreamTeamAward #WhyIsTheTeaKettleAlwaysEmpty #MiGolf Chris Bentley

Sign us up for the Ally Pally... Well not quite, but it was great to be a winner alongside Richard Stoddart at the Manchester darts championship. Of course I'm exaggerating. It was a healthy competition between friends and colleagues at the very new Black Cat Club (highly recommend) after a long day our Redmoor Health exec team had together in the city. I've known and worked with Richard for yonks and of course we made a great team 😁 We also play golf together, joined by Marc Schmid. In my case I use the term 'play golf' very loosely 😂 But why is it important to socialise with colleagues? 😊 enhances teamwork, if we feel connected to our colleagues we're more cooperative and collaborative which can lead to us being more effective and efficient 😎 it breaks down formal barriers and gives us a more relaxed environment to communicate more openly. 😊 it helps to build a network of supportive colleagues 🤔 it's an opportunity to share ideas and thoughts that might not be discussed in formal meetings or a business environment, helping us all to be more innovative 😊 it can make the workplace more enjoyable, meaning we're more likely to feel engaged and positive about our role 😊 you can make new friends for life - plenty of my ex-colleagues are full-time friends A positive culture at an organisation is crucial. Many people spend more time with colleagues than anyone else, often under pressure and in stressful situations. We work hard at Redmoor for colleagues to feel included, supported and valued by each other and that's a key part of our recruitment too, choosing people that fit with our values and ethos, that want to be part of our journey. I don't think we'll be getting a call to join the world darts champion but a win's a win and we have the evidence, so me and Richard are taking it 🎉 #teamwork #darts #manchester #primarycare Matt Murphy Dan Hodges Kieran Waterston Helen Holmes-Fogg Lisa Drake Lisa Williamson Matt Sweeney

One year at Brabners 🥳 and my first LinkedIn post in a year! 🙈 This week marks a year since I joined Brabners, and it’s also been a year since I last posted here. What’s the saying… “Time flies when you’re focusing on your clients”? Something like that, anyway… Looking back, I feel incredibly lucky to work in a place that genuinely aligns with my values. I’m the type of person who always wants to understand the “why?” behind things, and it’s been so refreshing to be encouraged to challenge the status quo and lead with curiosity in everything I do. Brabners is a space where pushing for positive change and asking the big questions is not just allowed but celebrated. A huge shoutout to Jonathan Khoo for being an incredible manager and mentor—someone who leads with their values and sets an example of what it means to lead authentically. Jon has encouraged me to forge my own path and to take risks (even though trying new things can be a bit nerve-wracking!). His trust and support have been key in making this journey so fulfilling. With each project, I feel like I’m learning something new while making a tangible difference—and that’s something I’m genuinely proud of. Here’s to seeing what the next year holds and to continuing to grow in this role! #ClientDevelopment #ProfessionalGrowth #ChallengeTheStatusQuo

How do you support your team to grow and develop when there is no hierarchical ladder to climb? As a leader, this is one of my biggest challenges. I want my team to feel fulfilled and to achieve personal growth but as a small business with no management structure this isn't as simple as becoming a Senior this or Head of that. Yes we can offer skills development. They can become even better at delivering great UX insight and accessibility services. But what about other growth areas? The relationships we have? How they feel about themselves? Yesterday, we all stepped out of our comfort zones and with the help of the amazing Sammy Burt explored our development edges. For me, I've learnt how much value I put in productivity. I pride myself on getting stuff done and producing an output, a report, something that shows what I've been doing with my time. But there is also value in taking time to step back and review our long term marketing strategy. To invest in the relationships I have with our clients. To spend time with my family. And I don't need to feel guilty about any of that. And that feels like growth. While there is a way to go, learning that growth can take many different forms feels like a great achievement. Whether it's learning a new skill, experiencing a mindset shift or nurturing a new relationship I hope the team all find something that brings them fulfilment.
