One of the first significant tasks we are taking on with our new boutique motel is selecting a PMS. I don't say perfect PMS because I don't believe that exists. How are Chartwell Noble different? We don’t rely on luck… The previous agent didn’t have any “luck” selling this house. They presented it as a 2 bedroom house. 🤦♂️ We told the vendors to remove a desk from their downstairs bedroom and we put a bed in there for them. Bedroom 3 was created. 👍 We then assessed that bedroom two was, frankly, huge and could potentially be split into two and still be 2 x double bedrooms. 💡 We created 2 x floor plans clearly showing current & potential. 👏🏻 This is now a 3 bed with potential for 4 bed. Within 24 hours we’ve got 4 viewings booked in and are hopeful of a quick sale. 🎯 When it comes to marketing a property, “luck” doesn’t come into it. It’s not just about pretty pictures and Rightmove. 🤞 Good marketing knows how to present a property and give it its best shot. 💫 **We also took (even) prettier pictures, did a virtual tour and an amazing video. 😉**
