Congratulations Kevin Makati and team for playing a lead role in the utilization of 4D ICE for PFA. This is the beginning of a potentially disruptive shift in the way Afib patients are treated. Streamlining workflows, reducing resource utilization, reducing fluoro, and providing optimized outcomes for patients are the result. We are excited to announce the successful completion of the first two commercial cases utilizing the AcuNav Lumos 4D ICE catheter and Pulsed-field Ablation (PFA) technology. Notably, one of these cases was completed without Electroanatomic mapping, marking a significant achievement. Thanks to the advanced 4D ICE capabilities, this success demonstrates a considerable reduction in fluoroscopy usage.    We have optimized procedural workflows by integrating 4D ICE with PFA technology and set a new industry benchmark. PCI on ostioproximal LAD cto A 62 Y gentleman with HTN & HLP history of 3VD PCI 10 y ago by 3 DES on LAD, Cx and RCA. presented with typical cp and dyspnea from several months ago, MPI ( SPECT) revealed severe induced ischemia in LAD territory. coronary angiography showed ostioproximal LAD CTO with well developed collaterals from RCA and from cx to large diagonal. #AWS with #gaia next 2 & fine cross mc stenting from LM to LAD by 4-28 DES, pot by 4.5 and DEB on previous LAD stent.

Our Heart Team made the decision for PCI (IVUS + IAB) and 1 week later the TAVR procedure with a self-expanding supra annular valve. COMPLETE CLOT INGESTION (#CCI). Looking forward to presenting on CCI in the late breaking abstract session at @SNIS national meeting in collaboration with @CVSection & @ESMINT. We test a lot of new devices in the laboratory. Recently we compared new pump by vonvascular.io which works by Adaptive Pulsatile Aspiration (#APA) to static aspiration. APA resulted in better CCI, fewer distal emboli, and faster reperfusion. It's time to #ReADAPT the aspiration procedure.
