Gigamon upgrades its #DeepObservability capabilities with #GigaVue 6.8 release. It provides two new capabilities that deliver better performance and insights. The first is #SelectivePrecryption which enables organizations to exclude user-specified trusted or ultra-sensitive workloads from the process. This also reduces overhead and improves performance. The other improvement is #GigaVueEnrichedMetadata or #GEM - to deliver situational awareness and context that enables operations teams (network, security, dev, cloud) to accelerate problem identification, isolation, and remediation. Why Now Is the Time for AIOps with Deep Observability https://zurl.co/9jNq From a deployment perspective, how do you complement existing cloud, security, and observability tools, eliminating the need to rip and replace prior IT and OT investments. This is one way enterprises can realize higher levels of business agility, ensure security across highly diverse deployments, eliminate tech stack silos, and contain management cost given today’s uncertain economic environment. #gigamon Gigamon #AIOps #DeepObservability G-Net Solutions, Inc.

🤔 How do you secure your Vertex AI workloads? 🤔 Why by using SCC of course! Because Security Command Center is built into the Google Cloud infrastructure, it delivers visibility of AI workloads and applications without relying on point-in-time snapshots that can quickly become stale. This is important because you cannot protect AI workloads that you cannot see. Once discovered, Security Command Center uses first-party knowledge of Vertex AI architecture and service operations to deliver posture controls specifically designed and recommended for Vertex AI workloads. #gcp #googlecloud #ai #SAIF

Anyone in the technological #cloud space understands the value of cloud-based infrastructure. With 99.5% availability rates from most major public cloud providers, it’s clear that this is magnitudes above most on-prem resources. However, configurations, cyber attacks, and management processes leave room for failure. This is where #AI solutions come into play. When fed with quality data, AI is able to analyze utilization trends in order to predict and autonomously respond to issues in relation to resource allocation, DDoS attacks, and other disruptions. While these functions can all be performed by a human, it can be inefficient, and human labor is often better spent on more value-adding tasks. #CloudTech #CloudResilience #AI #CloudSecurity

Ugur Tigli, CTO of #MinIO, believes that #AI could prompt a shift back to private cloud deployments. With concerns about data privacy, security, and escalating costs, enterprises might find more control and efficiency in private clouds. However, Gartner's Sid Nag calls these concerns a "red herring," noting that public clouds have robust privacy and security measures. Is a new cloud repatriation wave on the horizon? Time will tell!
