This week is mental health awareness week. One of the best things that you can do is to be there for anyone who is struggling with their mental health. Let them know they are not on their own and that they will never be alone. Listen - really listen. When you ask are you ok, ask it again - "are you really OK?". Make sure that they feel safe. Walk with them and talk to them. You cannot see mental health problems like you can physical but you can be there. Sometimes being there that is all that matters. #mentalHealth #beThere #care
