The next few weeks I might pop on here now and then, but I want to wish you a Very Mindful Christmas and lots of Presence with your loved ones 💫 This year we have gone from strength to strength and have built out the offerings Sunrise Well, introduced longer and more specified wellbeing training for teams, and incorporated more leadership training to support today’s and tomorrow’s leaders to understand wellbeing and psychosocial hazard management in this evolving environment. In the New Year we continue to expand these offerings to ensure that workplaces can educate about and prevent wellbeing concerns developing in their teams, including bringing in new training to support workplaces in their psychosocial hazard management, such as training to understand and prevent bullying and harassment, or how to prevent workplace fatigue, for example. We’re excited about these services and how they contribute to supporting the wellbeing of people at work - can't wait for 2025! Thank you for your support over the last 12 months. Running a small business has its challenges, but it also brings great joy and fulfilment. Thank you for being a part of the journey.
Wishing you a Very Mindful Christmas and lots of Presence with your loved ones 💫

This year has been a standout for HYPERVSN and our Events Team has delivered some exceptional results. Over 300 #holographic immersive experiences brought to life, each pushing the boundaries of innovation and execution. One highlight? Producing a 3x4 meter #hologram in under two weeks—from project sign-off to installation at the event. We also tackled complex integrations between #HYPERVSN displays and other technologies, demonstrating the versatility and potential of our solutions. AI-enabled holographic Digital Avatars have been another exciting focus, and I’m confident this trend will only grow stronger. Looking forward to what 2025 has in store—it’s shaping up to be another dynamic year. #digitalavatars #aiavatars #holographicactivations #immersiveexperience #experiential

Here are a few tips to help make the celebrations enjoyable for everyone: 📺 Plan Ahead: Consider watching the fireworks from a distance or on TV. ☮️ Create a Calm Environment: Provide a quiet space indoors where they can feel safe + relaxed. 🎧 Protect Their Hearing: Use earplugs or noise-canceling headphones to minimize noise. 💬 Check-in Regularly: Monitor their comfort level throughout the celebrations + adjust plans if necessary. 💜 Celebrate Together: Involve them in quieter celebrations or activities they enjoy. This is a very short week for me as this Wednesday I'm taking a holiday. I'll be off for a week of walking a gazillion steps, and eating equally, in London. And I'm sharing this just so you know that when I go on holidays, specially if it is no more than a week, I don't worry about how much I eat or how little I train. Breaks are needed, for the body and the mind. One week of no training will not ruin your progress. It is ok to allow yourself to relax and enjoy the vacation. What matters is to have a good time and recharge batteries for the way back. And the one thing that truly makes a difference is actually getting back on track with your habits as soon as you are back. Day one after the holiday, go back to eating as you usually do and go back to your movement and exercise routine as soon as you can. That's the big secret people that stay healthy pretty much have in common. 80% of the time, I stay on track, eat as healthy as I can and have a consistent exercise routine. However, I do take breaks, I relax, I eat out every now and then - like the burgers last night! -, even if I'm not on holidays. And when on vacation, I feel the big key is to eat when you are hungry and only until you are full. Even if I don't eat super healthy on a trip, as I love to enjoy bakeries and restaurants of all sorts, eating only what my body really needs has been helpful to make it easy to get back on track after the break and to not overdo it and feel bad afterwards. And when it comes to exercise, if I take a 2 or 3 week holiday, then I usually need to find something to do. There's always a gym around or I can just take my resistance bands (https://lnkd.in/d2fEViFc) and work out at the hotel or house. After one week of no training, my body and brain want to do something. But that's my case. It doesn't mean it applies to everyone. Again, little to no strength or muscle will be lost in such a short time. I do it because it is a good thing for my mind too. And I love to stay moving. But as long as I can walk, that usually cuts it!
if you only have bands at home, here are a few things you can do!
