According to the Open Medical LLM Leaderboard, it performs better than Falcon 7b and is equal to/slightly lower than Llama 8B at professional medicine and clinical knowledge tasks. 😍 I need to figure out how to improve on MCQs. Dear AI and large LLM medical company Work with me. Your training data was acquired from similar stock to your competitors. It was gold standard and tagged by one of us Radiologist or SME (it’s a small community, we talk). It was then validated by the same FDA group, under similar guideline and reimbursement model. In short, this appears to be a commodity product. Unless you have an unbelievable market share with never ending features, your margin is the next smaller, cheaper LLM’s target. I am looking to change this. Instead of per exam fee under medical fee/service, how about a fee model incentivize to outcome? I’m looking for 1 or 2 platforms that will membership use in a cardiovascular prevention model working towards health, not per exam usage. The stick has been broken in half. DM me.
