These days, I’m spending a lot of my time working on site selection with my clients for Bluebird | Hotel Sourcing & Destination Management Company. A few weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity of touring the iconic Plaza Hotel right on the doorstep of Central Park in NYC (pictured here) for a client who is considering it for their program.
