You get “there” and you feel like something is missing. So, onward to new achievement and we realize THAT is not IT either. Why does this happen? We have been taught to perform for our worth and value. It was subtle and unintentional: 👉🏻Getting a certificate when you graduate from kindergarten 👉🏻Receiving a medal after a soccer tournament 👉🏻Believing we are less than if we don’t make straight “A’s”. 👉🏻We take this into our adult life. All this places us in performance mode. Achievements build your confidence, but they don’t fill the void inside that whispers, “I am not enough”. “I am not enough” = “I am not worthy” Unless you define your worth, you will always be on the chase to try and fill it. The answer is…… finding YOU. 👉🏻Learning about you, what makes you tick without the expectations of others. 👉🏻Understanding how you came to believe certain things about the world, yourself and others. 👉🏻Tapping into the truth of who you are and making decisions that bring you energy and not drain your life force. 👉🏻Learning to honor your needs and use your voice. This is why I created, “Unveiling the Confidence Code: FULLY embracing YOUR uniqueness” 4 months together diving into you. Ready for the transformation? You have until TONIGHT at Midnight to join! How do you know someone has ran a marathon? . . . They’ll tell you. Well, I just completed my first marathon, and while reaching the finish line was amazing, the journey to get there was even more fulfilling. I ran over 200 miles in preparation—some days were great, others not so much. But along the way, I learned some valuable lessons on how to make the journey better, no matter what your goal is. Here’s how you can make your journey more rewarding: 1. Celebrate small wins 🎉 – Progress is progress, no matter how small. I smile every time I finish a mile—every single time. Celebrate each step towards your goal, and share your progress with others so we can celebrate together. 2. Embrace productive discomfort – Growth happens outside your comfort zone. It's okay to struggle; challenges shape you and help you grow. 3. Surround yourself with positive influences – Having supportive people around makes a world of difference. Hold each other accountable along the way and as mentioned in #1 Celebrating with others multiplies the excitement! 4. Practice gratitude – Appreciate where you are, even if you're not quite where you want to be. Every step forward is something to be thankful for. 5. Stay curious – Learning happens through doing. Every step of the journey brings a lesson, so keep your mind open and ready to grow. Remember, more often than not, the journey is the destination.
