I have hit a roadblock, am I doing things right?😓 In the last 2 weeks, I have had conversations with landlords, but the properties just aren’t right… It has been a mix of apartments, high end detached houses, and shared ownership properties These just aren’t properties that I work with or would be able to put in front of my investors! It has definitely caused some frustration On the plus side, I put in an offer on a property yesterday, which sounded positive So luckily, not all doom and gloom What could I do to attract more properties that fit my criteria? #property #investing #investor #realestate
