This week 15 contracts were signed, the week prior 21. Keep in mind this was Thanksgiving week. The 2 top properties are at 50 West 66th St on the Upper West Side for $54M. Built in 2024, this condo spans 6,942 sq ft with 5 beds, 5 baths featuring a 56-ft great room, and home theatre in a full service building with pools, squash, pickleball, and basketball courts. The 2nd one is at 140 Franklin Street in TriBeCa for $16.9M. Built in 1910, this condo spans approx 6,300 sq ft with 7 beds, 4 baths. 📈Luxury Market Update 37 contracts were signed for properties priced at $4M+ in Manhattan - 2 fewer than the previous week. Condos were the preferred choice, with 26 units sold compared to 9 co-ops, along with 2 townhouses. In terms of sales volume, last week's total of $364,685,000 was the highest since December 20-26, 2021, which was a record-breaking year for luxury real estate. 🥇The top contract signed was for PH11 at 140 Jane Street, listed at $45M. This stunning condo features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room.The property also boasts a 1,697-square-foot terrace with a hot tub and overlooks the Hudson River. 🥈The #2 contract signed was for PH40A at 15 Central Park West, originally listed at $65M but reduced to $39M.
