On Monday, BEESY Strategy hit a milestone that only 0.5% of new businesses in the US ever accomplish...and we are just getting started! It was also an important milestone for me as it was the minimum goal threshold that I needed to achieve to feel that I had personally been successful in founding BEESY. So it bought both a sense of excitement but also of relief! While I have framed things above as a personal goal, market research is a team sport, and I am immensely proud and grateful for the team we have here at BEESY, who ultimately were the ones that made this happen. I have worked with great teams through my career...quite simply, this is the greatest. There's still way more that needs to be achieved, but we can feel good about the path that we are on. p.s. apologies for being cryptic about the milestone, but we are a closely-held company that does not publish business performance! #behavioralscience #marketresearch #pharmamarketing #team David Berman Steve Schlesinger Rob Sederman Nick Ilacqua Cait Lamberton J. Jeffrey Inman Rishi Varma
Recently, the team received a little something in the mail (spoilers: watch our carousel to find out what)! Below are just a few reflections we received on its significance. At this time of year, there is so much to be thankful for, but today we celebrate the whole of the BEESY team. Hitting big milestones is no small feat and we know that it is entirely because of the people behind this company. Not only do they show up for their clients, but they show up for each other every single day. That is truly best-in-class. #team #employeeappreciation #behavioralscience #BEESY

🦃 “Gratitude is the Secret Ingredient” 🦃 With Thanksgiving here, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what matters most: the people, moments, and connections that fill our lives with meaning. Gratitude isn’t just a feeling—it’s a skill. Like anything else worth mastering, it takes practice. 🦃 The Story of #Thanksgiving Day 🦃 Thanksgiving originated as a #harvest #festival, a time for #communities to come together and express gratitude for the #blessings of the year. Over time, it evolved into a beautiful #tradition of #acknowledging and #appreciating the people who make a #difference in our lives. At LMES Academy, we embraced this tradition with a #thoughtful #message from our Founder Premanand Sethurajan and a sweet gesture—a chocolate! 🍫 I’d like to take a moment to thank #everyone in at LMES for their incredible support and contributions, especially to the #Trainers team. Together, we make LMES a wonderful place to work. 🙌 Why is #thanking #people and being #thankful so #important? Gratitude creates a #positive #ripple #effect. When we thank someone, it fosters goodwill, strengthens relationships, and boosts morale. Being thankful also shifts our #mindset, helping us focus on the positive and creating a more inclusive and #encouraging #workplace #culture. Why celebrate Thanksgiving Day in any #organization? It’s an opportunity to step back, reflect, and acknowledge the contributions of every individual in the organization. It strengthens bonds, improves team spirit, and reminds everyone that their efforts are valued and noticed. A simple 'thank you' goes a long way in making someone’s day brighter! #ThanksgivingDay #Gratitude #LMES #Teamwork #EmployeeAppreciation

Life really is a journey for everyone. Each person's path is distinct, marked by different challenges, opportunities, and relationships. This individuality is what makes life rich and varied, offering a tapestry of stories that highlight the diverse nature of human existence. Being grateful for what we have is crucial in this journey because it fosters a positive mindset and helps us focus on the good aspects of our lives, no matter how small they may seem. Gratitude can also act as a buffer against life's inevitable difficulties, providing us with the resilience to cope with adversity. When we express gratitude, we acknowledge that life, despite its ups and downs, offers us many gifts. This recognition can lead to greater contentment and fulfillment. It reminds us that our journey, while unique, is also interconnected with the journeys of others, creating a sense of community and shared human experience. In essence, while life is an individual journey for everyone, gratitude serves as a universal connector, enriching our personal experiences and fostering a deeper appreciation for the world and people around us. It reminds us to cherish the present, value our individuality, and recognize the beauty in our unique paths.

🦃 Greetings from the Detroit Thanksgiving Parade! 🦃 As I celebrate Thanksgiving in the U.S. today, I can’t help but reflect on the differences between the German Erntedankfest and American Thanksgiving. Here are the key distinctions I’ve noticed: 🦃 Origins and Significance • Erntedankfest: A religious harvest festival with Christian roots, typically celebrated in churches. • Thanksgiving: Commemorates the Pilgrims and Native Americans’ cooperation and is a central part of American culture. 🦃 Date and Celebration Style • Erntedankfest: Celebrated in early October (date varies by region) with church services and harvest processions. • Thanksgiving: A national holiday on the fourth Thursday of November, centered on family feasts, parades, and gratitude. 🦃 Food and Traditions • Erntedankfest: Features harvest displays and traditional German foods like bread and roasted meats. • Thanksgiving: Highlights turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and traditions like parades and football games. 💡How do you celebrate gratitude in your culture? ____________________________________ ✅ Do you operate globally?
