I think It's important to focus on personal development, whether it's improving technical skills or soft skills. As university students, we often stress about the business side of things because that's an area where many of us feel we lack. To truly succeed in business, it's crucial to focus on our personal growth, especially building strong soft skills.

Personal development, especially in today's rapidly evolving technological landscapes how can a developer stay updated to the latest advancement in the area beside being dedication to his work as a developer which requires time

How about exploring personal development for developers? Topics like improving communication skills, collaboration in teams, and handling feedback could be really valuable. These soft skills are essential for thriving in tech environments
