I sat down with Theon Te Koeti, CEO of Dicerra talking #AutoGCAS and saving lives, #HumanPerformance and the theme of #DeliberatePractice as well as the distinction between legacy and #5thGen fighter pilots and how to select and develop aircrew for future platforms. Dicerra is developing networked reporting and learning platforms to aid organizations in overcoming institutional silos so that errors are not needlessly repeated by others that follow. As test pilots, we have always strived to pass on our lessons learned so that those who follow us don’t repeat our mistakes. Part 1 of our interview to follow:

This article provides a compelling case for both military and commercial applications of large cargo airships in Canada's north by explaining very well the current lack of transportation infrastructure and military presence. If we are serious about asserting sovereignty and improving our commitments to the defence of North America, this approach could go a long way to achieving those goals.
