I agree! I agree every home owner has this additional cost added after buying a home, I am not disagreeing with those additional costs. I have brought four (4) homes and I know the additional costs… home insurance, taxes, etc

6moWhat are you basing your conclusion on? The homes (houses) in my neighborhood far exceed your $18,118. Did you include mortgage payments, insurance, yard work, home owners’ association fees, yard work, minor repairs consistent with owning a home, and utilities costs?
