Another great article on Mental Health. As C- Suite and HR Professionals we need to end the negative stigmas and misunderstood beliefs of Mental Health. Most individuals have some form of a Mental Health diagnosis which they hide due to preconceived prejudices and fear of the unknown. Covid didn't bring out these illnesses they were always there! Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Bipolar disorders, Schizophrenia and so many more are just like diabetes, obesity, asthma, eczema, allergies, etcetera. These are medical conditions that can be controlled with proper diagnosis, talk therapy and/or medications. Please educate yourself and don't judge what you may not understand. For many this is a hidden disability. Just curious: 1) how many of you know what a 🌻 Sunflower Lanyard means and 2) know the laws regarding Service and Emotional Support Animals at work??
Life is hard for all sorts of reasons that are completely out of our control. The least we can do is address the thoughts in our own head that make it even harder. Start with these three.

In this video, I'm talking about how to stop letting anxiety call the shots and start using it as a signal to level up.
