Think BIG, bigger than you have before. See yourself in a position of power and authority, achieving greater goals and projects. Take time each day to pause and reflect on where you want to be in the future. In this day and age we are so caught up in doing and devote little time to think about the future and what you need to get there. Make a practice every day to slow down and think about your daily tasks and how they may or may not help you achieve your big goals.

We are all different, thank goodness, and we are all unique, with unique values and qualities that set us apart and bring us closer to each other. It doesn't matter the family you were born into, as long as you allow yourself to be you, to become the best version of you. Skills are learned and honed over time with hard work, patience and confidence. Work on yourself every day, joyfully and openly receive feedback from your mentors, and give yourself the permission to surpass yesterday's you! Fear has a positive and negative impact in our lives. When it has a positive impact, it gives us strength to seek solutions to the problems we face. When it has a negative impact, we get caught up in the thoughts of the moment and in the opinions of others. Learn to put aside the negative opinions of those around you, write down everything you have achieved so far and set small, real, achievable plans that will have a positive impact on your life and the lives of those around you! Think positive but realistic! What are you proud of today? What more can you do to achieve your goals? What options do you have for getting through some uncomfortable situations? Leave me your thoughts below and let's explore what options or obstacles you face today.

Feeling like you constantly need to prove yourself at work? It’s tiring, right? We often think the more successful we become, the more we need to prove our worth. But here’s the truth: always proving your worth with every step you take is an old way of thinking. What really matters is how consistent and true you are in your actions every day, not just when someone is watching. Think about it. When you accept yourself and your skills, you don't waste energy chasing approval. Instead, you put that energy into your work, your relationships, and your growth. That’s real success—feeling good about what you do without needing a thumbs-up every time. Let’s shift our focus. Start by recognizing your daily contributions, no matter how small. Celebrate those wins quietly in your heart. It’s time we move away from seeking endless validation to embracing a quieter, steady confidence in our abilities. Remember, your true value isn’t measured by constant approval but by your own sense of integrity and commitment. Let’s leave the old beliefs behind and step into a more self-accepting future. What’s one step you’ll take today to move towards this?

Hope is a byproduct of confidence, which is a byproduct of past success. Thus, as you set clear and measurable goals, and measure your progress against the Gain, you’ll recognize the changes and progress you make. This will give you both confidence and hope — which will allow you to set bigger ideals and dreams in the future, and to make better plans and strategies for achieving those goals.

March is officially underway and now is a good time to do a self assessment of your yearly goals and (if you made one) your New Years Resolution. Some questions to ask regarding a goal or resolution are: Is this in keeping with my values? AM I making progress in reaching my goal? What steps am I taking to reach my goal? What, if anything, is keeping me from reaching my goal? Based on your answers you may need to realign or adapt your resolution or goal. Sometimes the goals we set are not adequately defined and therefore very difficult to achieve. A very common resolution or goal is to lose weight. However, this is as far as some people go in defining that goal. How much weight, by when, what steps are they going to take to lose the weight? A clearly defined goal that addresses what, when, where, why, and how is more achievable. That goal is even more achievable when it is shared with someone else who can be an accountability partner or support system. If you would like more information, please reach out to me.

Are your dreams stuck in the planning phase? Start by dividing your goals into manageable tasks. Assign practical deadlines, share ambitions with a trusted person for accountability, celebrate minor victories, and be ready to tweak your plans. By taking these steps, you turn dreams into reality.

It's nearly impossible to reach the EXACT goal we set out for. Sometimes you will come up short, sometimes you will end up further ahead. The outcome is actually pretty out of your control due to many outside factors. But what you can control are you daily actions that are bound to lead to progress to your goals over long periods of time. Control what you can and stick with it, your goals are coming. They just might not be on the precise timeline you set out for.

Little activity time under 10 minutes. Get a paper and write down your 10 goals thay you would like to achieve in the next 12 months. Ask yourself, “If I were to achieve it within 24 hrs, will it have the greatest positive impact on my life?” Thay will be your Major Definite purpose. Set a deadline on this goal, make a list of everything that you can do to achieve this goal. Take action. Do something everyday until you achieve it. Let me know how this goes for ya 😉

In the chaotic world of life, when do you take a break? You know, the real time you get to sit and plan your next move away from the day to day. Take a moment and really think about the last time you took a moment to yourself, and no this is not while you sitting in traffic or on public transport. Never forget to just take a moment, get some clarity, think about the whole picture and what you trying to achieve. When you need direction, the information is there for you, you just need to take the time to plan what you going to do with it.
