In my house, Father's Day generally involves me standing over a grill cooking for family and friends. It's Friday afternoon and I am thinking about the BBQ so what a perfect time to share my recipe for an ideal portfolio: 1.     Begin with YOUR goals 2.     Review the current version of our long-term capital market assumptions 3.     Measure the ideal asset allocation based on #1 and #2 4.     Sprinkle in a dynamic twist to account for current economic cycle and market conditions 5.     Filter investment vehicles based on type of account, past performance, projected performance and cost structure 6.     Combine all ingredients to form customized, risk-appropriate portfolio 7.     Marinate 8.     Adjust seasoning to taste OK, it may be a bit corny, but what's Father's Day without a good dad joke? 😁 #investing #wealthmanagement #financialplanning #dadjoke #fathersday
