When QA and operations clash over new procedures, it’s like two superheroes with opposing powers trying to save the same city—one wielding the shield of perfection and the other the sword of speed. The key is to remind everyone they’re on the same team. Start by creating a safe space for honest dialogue, where QA’s precision meets operations’ pragmatism. Blend their insights to craft solutions that are both effective and efficient—think of it as turning their tug-of-war into a three-legged race. Celebrate small wins, keep the process lighthearted, and stay focused on the ultimate goal: delivering excellence without burning out the troops. A little humor, a lot of respect, and a shared sense of purpose will take you far.

"𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗖𝗜𝗥𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿" When you want to create a quality culture in your organisation: 1️⃣ Define the desired quality culture (depending on the company's context, mission, vision and values) 2️⃣ Assess the current quality culture and identify the areas for improvement 3️⃣ Translate the desired quality culture into the desired quality mindset 4️⃣ Define as management the attitudes associated with the desired quality mindset and empower the organisation to come up with suggestions for quality actions (behaviour) linked to those attitudes 5️⃣ Investigate, observe and talk with the organisation to understand what drives them to work on the quality actions and what might possibly hold them from working towards a quality culture 6️⃣ Encourage the right behaviour, but make sure to remove any obstacles as otherwise the ball is not going to roll 7️⃣ Keep an eye on the progress and make some slight adjustments where necessary to keep the ball rolling 8️⃣ Have patience! A cultural transition will not occur overnight... Small victories may finally lead to great successes! Thank you to those who attended my presentation today at the Virtual RQA Conference! Feel free to contact me should you have any further questions. #RQA2024 #qualityculture #beyondcompliance

The best team-building exercise?.... A production crash. ⚙️ 👻💀 isn't it?😅. ...of course, the most important thing is to ensure that the client doesn't notice anything while you're fixing the production or performing a rollback🛠️✨ As he always said: part of the crew, part of the ship... 🤖 #TeamBuilding #Teamwork #Prod #הייטק
