Be honest; we listen, we don’t judge! It’s been a whirlwind year, and like many of you, I’ve been juggling a lot. I recently took a short break to recharge and refocus, and let me tell you… I missed this space !!!! Now that I’m back, I can practically smell Christmas in the air. By the way, is your office closing for the year? Because mine isn’t, and I’m starting to feel like I’m on Santa’s elf duty with no break in sight (God Abeg)😂🎅 Soon enough, we’ll see people sharing their incredible accomplishments, and that’s great! But guess what? If you’re like me, in a country that’s been pressing our necks for sports; surviving the year is a BIG WIN. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. If all you did this year was survive, got through each day, tackled challenges and still showed up, that’s more than enough. It’s an accomplishment too. No pressure; celebrating the little wins counts just as much. Let’s make this a safe space to share, reflect, and connect. Merry Christmas! Christmas – a time of contrasts. Where else do calm reflection and complete chaos come together so perfectly? For me, it’s not just the moment to catch my breath at the end of the year. It’s also a time for reflection. I often wonder: Was the year really that short, or was it simply too full? 2024 was certainly a year of everything: highs and lows, successes and challenges. But as so often, it’s not just about reaching the goal; it’s about the journey – the decisions we make, the small steps we take, and the perseverance we show when the going gets tough. Fortunately, I had an incredible team by my side. Thank you to everyone who pulled together, supported each other, or occasionally sparked a little creative chaos. Without you, the journey would have been half as exciting! Now it’s time to recharge the batteries. Cookies and family time instead of meetings and strategies. Let’s refuel – because the new year is already around the corner, and one thing’s for sure: It won’t be boring. With that in mind: Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a restful holiday season.
