Role Overview: The purpose of this role is to foster positive relationships with remote communities in Western Province, to help identify needs and to disseminate information related to SDP’s intent and purpose. The role also ensures effective collaboration between local institutions, communities and SDP. The CLO will work closely with SDP’s partners and community leaders, in alignment with SDP’s vision to best provide support for SDP’s community development initiatives. Major role & responsibilities: * Community Engagements – Balance respect and cultural sensitives and maintain good community relationships. * Partnership & Resource Collaboration – Work in collaboration with SDP’s implementing partners and local communities. * Impact Surveys & Reporting –Coordinate community impact surveys as required by annual plans and survey cycles.
