Who knew kids' mental health issues are skyrocketing—sometimes even surpassing that of working professionals? Has ChatGPT made homework harder, or are kids already chasing side hustles by age 10? In India, over 10% of children aged 5-9 are overweight, with urban kids hit hardest by sedentary lifestyles and processed diets. These physical issues often overlap with mental health struggles. High internet use leads to isolation, while academic pressure, social media, and family expectations fuel rising anxiety and depression. In fact, over 10% of 13-17-year-olds in India suffer from mental health disorders, and adolescent suicides reached 5,000 in 2021 alone. All work, no play—made Jack a dull (dead?) boy. There's hope.
