While Thanksgiving is a time to pause and give thanks, it is also a great time to GIVE thanks (as in doing something nice for others)! This Thanksgiving, be sure to stop and think about all you have to be thankful for. And be sure to pass that gratitude on to others through a random act of kindness. My graditude journey. As I look back over the past year, I’m reminded of the importance of showing up and holding myself accountable for my own growth. Facing myself hasn’t always been easy—leaning into fear, learning from failures, and letting go of insecurities. But through it all, I’ve learned how powerful it is to feel good in my own skin and truly trust myself. Now, I know that whatever I set out to do, I am capable. Every connection I make, I know I’m worthy of someone’s time and energy. But getting here hasn’t been a simple journey. Building self-love and self-trust is hard work. It takes courage to confront insecurities and commit to nurturing yourself. It’s easy to use insecurity as an excuse, but I’ve learned that self-love is the real recipe for success. When you believe in your worth, you’re unstoppable. Here’s to the journey of self-discovery, growth, and embracing our full potential. With gratitude,
Today, we take a moment to be grounded and thoughtful, giving thanks for everything that serves us and helps us grow. Thanksgiving is a beautiful time to reflect on what may not be serving us, to embrace the opportunity to learn, and to find gratitude in every experience—even in those moments when we feel the weight and compression of life. We are incredibly grateful for the support of our communities, for everyone who has been a part of our journey, and for those we’ve yet to meet. Together, we’re stronger. Wishing everyone a warm and reflective Thanksgiving! 🧡 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #EmpowerWomenCanada #ReflectAndGrow #CommunitySupport

Have you noticed how do you breathe today? Many people take things in life for granted and forget to count their blessings. It’s hard to be grateful for what we have, and it’s easier to wish for what we don’t or can’t have. Gratitude. It’s simple, and again, it’s hard to feel it, especially when things are not as expected. Today, I would love to share with you the simplest way to feel grateful, no matter what. Even when you don’t feel like it, find one thing you love about yourself. Focus on and only on that one thing, and appreciate it. I recommend you to do this practice every day for at least 7 days, and notice how it makes you feel. Share your experience in the comment section and let’s inspire and empower others to be more loving and kind. Be The Extraordinarians, Because You Can.

A Simple Reminder of Abundance If you have food in the fridge, a roof over your head, clothes to wear, and a safe place to sleep, you’re more fortunate than 75% of the world. 🌍 Here’s some perspective: • 🌱 Nearly 10% of the global population lives on less than $2 a day. • 🍲 Around 9% face chronic hunger. These “basic” things—food, shelter, security—are life essentials many of us rarely stop to think about. But for millions, they’re a daily struggle. Today, let’s pause to appreciate what we already have. Gratitude isn’t just a feel-good sentiment; it’s a powerful way to connect with our own abundance and privilege. What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?
