A significant portion of the blame lies with people, rather than the corporate entities. Those who have delved into the intricacies of the story understand that it’s not a simple case of institutional wrongdoing. Instead, it’s a complex web of decisions, actions, and oversights that have led to this distressing outcome. This is precisely why the implementation of a robust Code of Conduct for AI in claims is so crucial. As we navigate the increasingly complex intersection of technology and governance, establishing clear guidelines and ethical frameworks becomes paramount. Such a code would not only hold AI systems accountable for their actions but also serve as a safeguard against the potential for exploitation and abuse.
