As we prepare to step into the new year, we would like to announce that Jackie MacKnight will be stepping into the role of President and CEO of BBB Serving Connecticut on April 1, 2025, and is transitioning from her role as Vice President to President Elect effective immediately. First, we want to express our heartfelt appreciation to outgoing President and CEO, Paulette Scarpetti, whose incredible 46 years of service and leadership have been the guiding light—our torch—at BBB. Paulette’s vision and dedication have laid a strong foundation, inspiring all of us to carry forward her legacy of trust and service. Looking ahead, BBB is thrilled to continue our mission of helping businesses "be better" and strengthening trust in the marketplace. With exciting initiatives like the upcoming ignite sparked by BBB space, we are creating opportunities for collaboration, education, and growth that will propel Connecticut’s businesses and entrepreneurs to new heights.
