This past week at Baystate was full of trainings and discussions surrounding best practices, as we focused on planning for the new year ahead. At both our Junior Teaming Meeting and Women's Study Group, we shared ways to level up our skills and make an impact. We had a wonderful time building stronger bonds and learning together!
