Curious about how to drive down operational costs? At DeckPro Pumps, we keep a keen eye on innovation and often recommend the latest technologies to clients aiming to operate more economically and sustainably. Upgrading to energy-efficient motors, intelligent pumps, remote monitoring systems, and inverter drives can significantly enhance energy efficiency and system performance.
These advancements not only save money but also help achieve energy targets and extend equipment lifespan.
Sounds like a no-brainer, right? In our latest article, we discuss both the benefits AND the barriers to adopting this technology, along with a case study example. Discover more here: : https://lnkd.in/gGagFZWP
deckpro's Operations Manager, Joe Smith says: “The pump industry and the electric motor industry are leading the way in their innovations. Depending on the targets set by the government, our country is aiming for net-zero emissions, and electric motors play a crucial role in achieving this goal. Having this mentality will only enhance innovation and accelerate the development of new pump products."
It was great to catch up with Pia Weismann from Rossi SpA during last week’s Offshore Energy event in Amsterdam. We discussed Rossi's expertise in manufacturing gear reducers, gearmotors, and electric motors, which are integral to various industrial applications, including the offshore energy sector.Their commitment to innovation and quality continues to drive advancements in industrial power transmission solutions.

Industry processes use a lot of energy. More than necessary, actually, in most cases. And pumps are responsible for a lot of this, accounting for 25% of all electricity consumed by industrial electric motors.
Luckily, I work for a company that’s built on innovation – with colleagues who like finding intelligent answers to hard facts.
If we use intelligent, connected and energy-efficient pump solutions and systems, it’s possible to reduce the energy consumption of pumps by up to 37%. And we can get started today with the implementation of these solutions!
Don’t hesitate to reach out to me or one of my colleagues if you want to learn more about our intelligent and connected e-pump solutions!
