𝗔 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿! As 2024 slowly comes to an End, I would like to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year—filled with incredible professional milestones, personal growth, and, of course, its fair share of challenges. Some of the highlights I’m deeply proud of: • Finalizing the establishment of our prototyping wound care lab. • Exploring and bringing new, exciting technologies to wound care and achieving critical milestones in several big innovation projects. • Playing a key role in the team behind bringing the first successful technology corporate venture capital case to Health Care and Derma, a huge milestone for our team and company. • Embarking on a new journey as a corporate influencer, actively sharing and highlighting our work in R&D and Health Care. • Taking on my biggest professional challenge so far: becoming the R&D Category Head Health Care, and one of the youngest to ever reach this level in the company! While these accomplishments fill me with pride, this year wasn’t without its struggles. There were many highs, but also some tough situations, both personal and professional. As an example, just last week, I experienced a very emotional moment when my dog suddenly needed emergency surgery (thankfully, she is recovering well). Professionally, there were also setbacks, projects delayed, challenges that tested my patience, and moments when I had to remind myself to trust the process. Through it all, I would like to highlight the importance of resilience, hard work, and leaning on the incredible people around me. To my amazing team: I can’t thank you enough. This has been the greatest year of my career so far, and I wouldn’t have achieved even half of it without your support, dedication, trust, and inspiration. As I look ahead to 2025, I’m excited for what’s to come. Let’s continue pushing boundaries, innovating, and trusting the process together. 🌟 #Reflecting on #2024: A Year of #Growth and #Impact🌟 As we approach the end of 2024, I find myself reflecting on the strides made this year—both personally and professionally. This year has been about health, service, and empowerment; three values that resonate deeply with me. From advancing public health initiatives like typhoid fever research to exploring ways to empower indigent students through educational sponsorships, the journey has been both humbling and rewarding. One of the highlights has been stepping into roles that align with my passion for health promotion and community development. These experiences have not only shaped my career but also reaffirmed the importance of collective efforts in creating meaningful change. As the year rounds off, I’m inspired to do more. Whether it’s #empowering brilliant but underprivileged students or tackling challenges in #healthcare systems, the goal remains the same: To make an #impact that lasts. Signing off for the next two weeks to focus on what matters most. 2024 has been a year of beautiful chaos - juggling growing children and a growing company, building furniture and building systems, crafting strategies and crafting memories. As I reflect, I'm filled with gratitude for: • Health departments who trusted us with their strategic planning journeys • Partners who collaborated with us to implement AI thoughtfully and ethically • City teams who were willing to reimagine their approach to risk • Organizations who joined us in modernizing licensing and inspection systems • Our incredible F&T Labs team who pour their hearts into transforming public health But mostly, I'm thankful for these two little ones in my arms who remind me daily why we do this work - because building better public health systems means building a better future for all our children. The birth of our second was traumatic, and I don't hold it lightly that he is with me today, and I'm able to hold him in my arms. 2024 taught me that balance isn't about perfect equilibrium - it's about being present in the moments that matter most.
