Hi everybody! Currently I have completed the training and received a Key Performance Indicator/KPI based on Jobdesc certificate from Quantum HR Indonesia (PT Kompeten Indonesia Unggul). This experience brought me a lot of in-depth knowledge about the meaning, types, cascading, steps to make it, and how to calculate KPI scores. This is very useful in the field of Human Resources or in other fields of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Motivation to move… My current motivation is to create good, effective and efficient HR Ecosystems for the workplace. To a business owner this means more time for them to focus on their core business. To the employees, they have someone else to refer to, to get reaffirmation, to engage with. To me, it’s the motivation to share my years of working HR experience to those who need it and of course, they must want it. I am no SuperHRman, I am still human, with a good heart to help, to share my stories, all in the hopes that one uses the good things I learned. All in hope that one doesn’t repeat the mistakes I made. Learnings that school, college, universities, don’t teach, as its learnings from the University of the Jalan. So what’s you motivation? Let’s get going! #hrservices #motivation #backofficesimplified StarBPO Malaysia

Just recently led a national, industry-wide HR research on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practices in Indonesian companies. In collaboration with my brilliant colleagues from PMSM Indonesia (Meyliana -, Kristal Prima Prameswari, Kusuma Halim and Stievan K.), it provides an overview of how DEI practices are implemented in various industrial sectors in Indonesia. We analyze trends, challenges, and opportunities in implementing DEI, as well as their impact on company performance. The research itself covered the voices of more than 180 key, strategic HR decision-makers from various companies, business lines and company sizes; starting from revenues below 1 billion IDR to above 10 trillion IDR, starting from the number of employees below 10 people to above 50,000 people. Our respondents were located in more than 22 different cities in Indonesia and 48% of respondents came from Business Partner functions (Head of HR Department/Division/Directorate). We formally distributed the report (in Bahasa Indonesia) on the 2nd of May 2024 through this limited event (now available on YouTube: https://lnkd.in/gi7NWEqG). Should you have any interest in the complete result of the research, please don't hesitate to personally contact me. Thank you. 2 day HR Tech event... It is inevitable that we, as HR, will have to embrace technology and AI in our business process in the employee journey. Start from Attract, Recruitment, Onboarding, Operation, and Development until Offboarding. We must design the technology to help us, not replace us. It was an honour to meet experts at HR Technology and Solutions, organized by MSW Global, in collaboration with PMSM Indonesia. The key takes away from the event that I recorded are: - we as humans are the pilots of technology and are not replaced by technology. - Technology is only the tool so that we can do more, and avoid tedious work. - Technology can help us avoid burnout to keep our well-being as desired. - the number of HC in a company can stay at 1%, as HC can do other than operation work and more on strategic matters. At the event, not only I was learning, but also met up, member from: - PT XL Axiata Tbk, - GNIK (Gerakan Nasional Indonesia Kompeten) - AIODP | Association of Indonesian Organization Development Professional - IABIE - Ikatan Alumni Habibie - Ikatan Alumni ITB - PMSM Indonesia Can you spot your familiar faces? As I represent wongke , thus this will be beneficial to the brand.

Navigating My Way to HR Hello, Risers! My name is Abigail. I am a 5th-semester psychology student at the University of Indonesia. Since I started college, I’ve had a goal to join a bootcamp that offers hands-on experience in HR. Participating in a bootcamp has been a big step for me because it allows me to understand more about HR in the real working world and gain clearer insights into HR’s important role in an organization. Through this experience, I realized that HR is not only about managing people but also about building and supporting employees as the company’s greatest asset. I learned that with good HR management, a company can grow and positively impact its employees. This realization has made me even more eager to work in HR. In the future, I hope to build my career in HR. I believe that human resources are the heart of every organization and I want to be part of a team that helps companies reach their full potential by developing their people. In five years, I see myself in a strategic HR role, contributing to employee development and training policies where possible. To reach my five-year goal, I am currently focusing on building essential hard and soft skills. I am actively taking courses, practicing, and studying on my own to improve my skills in communication, time management, and specific HR skills like KPI development, training design, and compensation management. The Harisenin.com bootcamp has given me a solid foundation to work toward these goals. I hope to continue growing and making a positive impact in the HR field. As I reflect on my journey, I realize the importance of continuous learning. Stay motivated to keep learning and continue building our knowledge, as it’s the best investment we can make! All the hard work we put in today is the best investment for our future. #BecomeWhoYouWant
