Some days it is difficult to notice or remember all the wonderful things that we have going for us. It often takes holidays like Thanksgiving that give us pause for reflection. Perhaps it’s because we find ourselves supping with family and friends, who serve as reminders of what is truly deserving of our focus and energy. And, as we recover from Thanksgiving weekend festivities, challenge yourself to be grateful the other 364 days of the year. Practice gratitude with intention. Share with others what and who you’re thankful for. Take action to create a positive environment that will encourage gratitude. Start by simply asking yourself what you are grateful for! 🤔

Create A Memorable Moment – A Christmas Moment! Many places and cultures in the world take time to remember this moment; the Savior’s Birth. Will you take time tomorrow to create a memorable moment for those around you? It also needs to start with you. Are you making this day a memorable moment? You don’t have to have a list of things. A heart of gratitude and a simple act of kindness can be sufficient. As a simple reminder; “As we continue to put positive energy into motion, we can begin to create positive emotion that builds traction and momentum.” Be intentional. Be present. Be grateful. Create a positive environment. Keep it simple! Enjoy the moment! The one of the past and the one you are creating! Happy Holidays!

Today's Positive Thought 11-26-24 Being thankful is really very easy. It’s even easier when you understand and experience how powerful it can be. Gratitude gives you a distinct advantage. And it is just as reasonable and just as accessible as any alternative. It’s easy and natural to complain when life is not meeting your expectations. What if it were just as easy, just as natural to be thankful and to see the good in whatever is going on? In fact, it can be just as easy, and completely natural, to be thankful. All you have to do is make the choice. Remind yourself how easy it can be to simply be thankful. Then take that easy route to real richness in life. There is no good reason to deny yourself the power of gratitude. This Thanksgiving Holiday, make the easy choice to be thankful, and you’ll easily be grateful you did. Have a great day !

🌬️ Find the Beauty in Life, Before It Fades Away Life is a lot like building a snowman. It takes effort to create something beautiful, and it feels so satisfying to stand back and admire it. But snow doesn’t last forever, and neither do the moments we often take for granted. Tomorrow, millions will gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, but gratitude doesn’t need a calendar. Every day is a chance to pause, look around, and appreciate the fleeting joys: ☃️The laughter of loved ones. ☃️The warmth of a hug. ☃️Even the little things, like the perfect cup of coffee. Like a snowman on a sunny day, life’s most precious moments are temporary. That’s what makes them so special. Instead of rushing past them, what if we slowed down to notice? To say thank you? To build memories before they melt away? Gratitude isn’t just a feeling; it’s a practice. It’s how we make the most of what we have, while we have it. 👉 Please ♻️ Repost this with Your Insights! P.S. Look what showed up on one of my recent beach walks — talk about perfect timing as we head into this festive week! I had to smile at this painted reminder that gratitude is what creates the joy, not the other way around. You know me — always collecting these little nuggets of wisdom along the shoreline. 💚 "It is not the joy that makes us grateful. It is gratitude that makes us joyful." What's made you grateful this holiday season? ✨🎄 #gratitude #LBI #luannnigara #awelldesignedbusiness #windowtreatmentsforprofit #excitingwindows #interiordesigncoach #interiordesignbusiness

November is here, and it's the perfect time to set some meaningful intentions for the month ahead. Let’s make this month all about gratitude, connection and preparing for the Holidays! Take a moment today to reflect on what you're grateful for - whether it’s the warmth of your home, the love of family and friends, or even the small joys that brighten your day. To set the mood, take out some Citrus Bliss and Ginger. Open the bottles and inhale deeply to fill your space with an uplifting and heartwarming aroma. You can also pop these oils in your diffuser or apply them topically (careful, Ginger is considered a hot oil, so be sure to dilute) This blend can help create an atmosphere of positivity and openness, making it easier to embrace those moments of connection that mean so much. By setting your intentions now, you're laying the groundwork for a truly memorable November. What’s something you’re grateful for today?

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. But can we talk about something for a second? Why do we only take one day a year to say “thank you”? To appreciate the people in our lives? To reflect on what we’re grateful for? Life moves fast. We spend most of it chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next big thing. And it’s so easy to forget the little things: → That friend who checks in on you randomly. → That colleague who makes work feel less like work. → That stranger who held the door when you were in a rush. Here’s what I’ve learned: - Gratitude isn’t just about the big wins. - It’s about noticing the small moments that make life beautiful. So, this Thanksgiving, let’s try something different. Let’s not just say “thank you” today. Let’s carry it with us—every day, in every way. - Tell someone they matter. - Appreciate the small joys. - Celebrate the now. Because life doesn’t wait for a holiday to give us moments worth being thankful for. P.S.: What’s one thing you’re most thankful for this year?

✨ Feeling Grateful! ✨ A big thank you to everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday! 🙏 Your kind words truly made my day. I've just returned from a wonderful getaway with my partner to one of my favourite B&Bs. It was a perfect few days filled with long walks outdoors, endless games of Uno, and far too much delicious food. Sometimes, it's the simple things that bring the most joy. As I reflect on life so far, here are a few things I've learned: 1. Time with loved ones is priceless. There's no substitute for making memories with the people who matter most. 2. Balance is everything. It's important to work hard, but equally important to step away and recharge. 3. Life is a journey, not a race. Everyone's timeline looks different—it's OK to move at your own pace. 4. Take joy in the small things. A good walk, a game of cards, or a shared meal can be more fulfilling than grand plans. 5. Gratitude is key. Every day is a gift, and there’s always something to be thankful for. Thanks again to all of you for your kind wishes and support. Here's to more adventures and lessons ahead! 🌟 #Grateful #BirthdayReflections #LessonsLearned #TimeWellSpent
