Our CEO, Rosalie Berg, vividly recalls when she first met Lionel Urban, when he was the CEO and founder of PCLender, now part of Fiserv. It was about 15 years ago. He boldly told her that all prior marketing and PR agencies he’d engaged had invariably disappointed him. He wanted to know how her agency would be different.
Rosalie had heard this from other prospects before— the all-too-familiar story of companies investing in agencies that failed to deliver.
