Do you ever take a problem for a walk? I'm brewing something exciting to start after my public speaking confidence workshop next week. The importance of communication is great. The real problem is that our supporters don't always tell us how they want to be communicated with, and so we are guessing until we either do something too much and they don't want to hear from us in that manner, or we actually talk to them and they come right out and tell us. In our world of nonprofits we need to have a communication plan for our organization, but sometimes/a lot of times we need to have an individual communication plan for our supporters so that we know that they will see our messaging.
