Steak With Mustard-Shallot Sauce Ingredients: 1. 1 1/2pound sirloin steak (1 inch thick) 2. ¼ tsp kosher salt ½ tsp black pepper 3. Olive oil pan spray 4. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 5. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 6. 2 Tbs shallot, chopped 7. 18 ounces green beans Directions: 1. Season the steak with ¾ teaspoon kosher salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Cook in the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, 3 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, and shallot. 3. Meanwhile, steam the green beans until tender, 4 to 6 minutes. 4. Venison Jalapeño Cheddar Summer Sausage A flavorful blend of seasoned venison, creamy cheddar, and spicy jalapeños, crafted into a delicious sausage perfect for appetizers or snacks. Yummy Tasty Ingredients : 2 lbs ground venison. 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, cubed. 1/4 cup jalapeño peppers, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup beef broth. Instructions : Commence by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment. In a spacious mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the ground venison with cubed cheddar, finely chopped jalapeños, and all the spices. Ensure the mixture is uniform by mixing thoroughly. No matter the season, I love starting a meal with a #CapreseSalad. What makes this one special is replacing the regular salt with #BalsamicSeaSalt for an extra layer of flavor. Here’s my recipe for four servings: - 10 ounces cherry tomatoes, chopped in half - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into similar-sized pieces as the tomatoes - 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil - 1/4 cup balsamic reduction (homemade or store-bought) - Caravel Gourmet Balsamic Sea Salt to taste - Pepper to taste - Fresh extra virgin olive oil as garnish Toss all the ingredients in a bowl to mix, slowly incorporating the balsamic, salt, and pepper to your liking.
