Here's how to fix it and skyrocket your response rates: ✅ Find something truly impressive about them Did they: • Reach a big milestone? • Get featured in the press? • Post insightful content? • Speak at an event? ➡️ Find the gold nugget that stands out. ✅ Craft a sincere, ultra-specific compliment • Bad: "Your company seems great" • Good: "I was blown away by your [product/service] that saved [team/company] 120 hours last quarter" ➡️ Show that you actually consumed their content and understand why it matters. ✅ Make them the hero • Bad: "I'm reaching out because..." • Good: "Your team's ability to drive 127% more conversions for clients is incredible" ➡️ Shift the focus away from yourself and shine the spotlight on them.
