It’s been a year where we grew as a team, strengthened our foundations, and embraced the challenges of building the future of work. 💡 What made this year special? ✅ We welcomed over 30 talented professionals, including our visionary CEO Sebastien Wakim and Sales Director William Benson, who are spearheading our global sales strategy. ✅ We launched our Talent Acquisition function, shaping a more structured and strategic hiring process to ensure adaptability, trust, and a people-centric approach. ✅ Reduced turnover from 3% in Q1 to 0% in Q4—a testament to our strong culture and commitment to our people. ✅ Improved candidate experience with streamlined interview processes, preparation guidelines, and transparent communication to make every candidate feel valued. ✅ Introduced Onboarding 1.0, achieving a 4.2/5 satisfaction rate, and laid the groundwork for Onboarding 2.0, which will further embed new hires into our culture and mission. 🚀 But our journey doesn’t stop here; What’s next? 1️⃣ Scaling our team by another 20% in 2025, with a continued focus on building a world-class candidate experience. 2️⃣ Enhancing our employer branding to share more about our culture, values, and the incredible people who make it all possible. 3️⃣ Rolling out our first Sales Training Program to boost skills, productivity, and client satisfaction. 🚀 And much more!
