Over the past 10 weeks, I have had the pleasure of undertaking the position of Food Intern at ASK Italian 🍕 My summer in London has been pivotal in both my personal and professional development. From assisting with NPD to building chef specifications, to taking ownership of a Christmas chocolate project ensuring 33,000 units reach all 66 sites - my internship has been packed with exciting tasks. I’d like to say a massive thank you to the food and marketing team at ASK Italian and to Azzurri Group for their guidance and fantastic workshops 🌟 I would also like to extend my gratitude to Saltire Scholars Programme for facilitating this opportunity 🏴 To be a part of their 2024 cohort is a privilege. The experience has been invaluable in shaping my future career, and I’m excited to now begin my search into graduate opportunities for 2025.
