As we approach one of my favorite times of the year, I want to extend my heartfelt wishes to everyone: Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and for any special celebration I may have missed, please let me know. My intent isn’t rooted in obligation but in genuine human connection. In a world where even our leaders often promote division, I choose a different path. Despite our roots in different parts of the world—I, for example, am a first-generation Canadian of German ancestry—we share the common bond of humanity. Over the years, I’ve built brotherly relationships with people from all walks of life, and I cherish each and every one of you. Some of these connections were formed through work, others by chance. What unites them is the joy of shared experiences. Even if you don’t personally celebrate Christmas, when you wish me well, it’s an act of community and friendship that I deeply appreciate. I challenge all of us to embrace the celebrations of our friends and neighbors. Attend their gatherings, learn their traditions, and you’ll find yourself enriched by the experience. In doing so, we foster a spirit of unity that transcends differences. In a time when hate and anger are often used to divide us, let’s push back with love and understanding. Together, we can build a world—and a nation—that reflects the best of us: tolerant, welcoming, and strong in our shared humanity. Let’s work to create communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and where our diversity is a source of strength. Wishing you all a season filled with joy, love, and togetherness.

These are the four most critical things for fulfilling life... ☝️ Knowing your personal values. You should know your 3-10 most important personal values and live your life in alignment with them. ✌️ Knowing your purpose. You should know and have a clearly defined purpose for your life and live in alignment with your purpose. ✌️➕☝️ Having a vision. You should have a 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10-year vision for yourself. ✌️➕✌️ Having an impact. You should have a positive impact on not only yourself but others as well. - Get all these four things in place, and you'll be well on your way to a fulfilling life. Imagine your 80th birthday party... What do you want those who love you the most to say about you and your life?

Christmas isn’t about the gifts we give but the moments we create Christmas is more than just the presents under the tree It’s about the moments that make life meaningful love, togetherness, and gratitude. As we gather with our loved ones this festive season, Let’s reflect on a life lesson Christmas teaches us every year: ✅ The best gifts in life aren’t things, they’re experiences. Just like in life, the joy of giving, sharing, and creating memories is what truly matters. Create A Memorable Moment – A Christmas Moment! Many places and cultures in the world take time to remember this moment; the Savior’s Birth. Will you take time tomorrow to create a memorable moment for those around you? It also needs to start with you. Are you making this day a memorable moment? You don’t have to have a list of things. A heart of gratitude and a simple act of kindness can be sufficient. As a simple reminder; “As we continue to put positive energy into motion, we can begin to create positive emotion that builds traction and momentum.” Be intentional. Be present. Be grateful. The world seems softer, time feels slower, and everything feels a little more magical. It’s a night where love feels stronger, memories feel closer, and hope feels endless. No matter what you have, where you are, or who is with you, tonight is a chance to pause, to step away from the rush of life and just be. Be present. Be grateful. 🎅 Family Moments this Christmas 🎅 The magic of Christmas is all about family, traditions, and creating memories that last a lifetime. On Christmas Eve, I had the honour of playing Santa for my two young sons as we prepared for the big night. Reindeer food in hand, they were so excited to make sure Santa and his reindeer knew exactly where to land! Moments like these remind me what this season is truly about. It’s great seeing how much they enjoyed it and how excited they were. Taking a step back from the hustle and bustle of life, spending time with my family makes everything else fall into perspective. It’s these special, fleeting moments that motivate me to work hard and build a future where we can enjoy more of them.
