In India Education system is different & Regarding Finance most of us is having little knowledge. Its very Important to Protect our Purchasing Power. For example in Rs.100 we can buy 20 Nos of Rs. 5 Pen. after 5 and 10 years when inflation @ 8% we will be able to buy 13 Nos & 9 Nos resp. Its important to make a GROWTH that can beat Inflation... and Our purchasing Power should be unaffected.

How to Make Online Business Profitable – The Naukri.com Lesson I was reading The EARNICONS (Penguin Publishing Group) by Prof Dhruv Nath last night. The book speaks volumes about frugal management and other lessons we should follow. However, one point struck me deeply. I am midway through the book and will review it in detail later. This one interesting lesson, I think I should write about. After an early round of investment from ICICI Venture, Info Edge allocated an initial 70 lakh for advertising. However, the results were minimal. Then, they took a traditional route. Leveraging the founders' immense experience in sales, they hired four salespeople on an experimental basis. Within just four months, each salesperson started generating Rs 50,000, creating a direct margin of Rs 28,000. From 0.36 crore revenue in 1999-2000 to 47 crore in 2004-2005, Naukri.com relied heavily on its sales force – over 400 of them. When you are setting up goals for your online business, don’t forget the power of discussing across a table. It has huge potential. #onlinebusiness #businessmotivation #marketing

TRUTH IS BITTER BUT TRUE. MANUFACTURING ESPECIALLY IN A MSME AND THAT TOO CAPITAL AND LABOUR INTENSIVE SECTOR IS A NIGHTMARE. WITH EXPORTS AT RECORD LOW OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS AND COMPLAINCES AT RECORD HIGH. GOVT NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE VULNERABLE PEOPLE CALLED EXPORTERS. ESPECIALLY SMALLER ONES LIKE BELOW 20 CR. THE EMPOLY PAY TAXES BUT ARE HARRASED THE MOST. Learn from the Naukri experience. Flexibility is key. Advertising didn’t work so they switched to face to face sales calls And that worked And guess who made these sales calls - it was the founders - Sanjeev bikhchandani and hitesh Oberoi. No sitting in an ivory tower and giving instructions. THEY PERSONALLY MADE THE CALLS That’s taking responsibility. Founders, please remember - you’ve got to be willing to do everything. You’re a leader, not a manager

yesterday I was listening to a prominent founder of a diagnostics company who went from rags to riches . What he said to the audience was astonishing and eyeball raising for sure . 1. He was fortunate to be born in a poor family as poverty was a great " Enabler " 2 . The success of his diagnostics company lies in " relatively better quality with cheaper price" 3. The biggest enabler for him was the scalability of his business which he could encash very effectively. 4. His understanding of cost structure which he claimed to be better than other pan India diagnostics chains as his salary cost was with in 10% . 5 His salary cost was 10% of his total income as he chose to employ 25000 freshers whom he trained well . 6 He loved to see his company featured in the bracket " relatively better quality with cheaper price" 7 . According to him " cheaper price" drives expansion through franchise ownership as it encourages great " word by mouth" which in turns can replace high cost marketing initiatives. Eventually, the company was sold to another company in the recent past and this man sold it for 5000 cr who once came to Mumbai with 500/ in his pocket. How many of you agree with him on the point of relatively better quality with cheaper price ? In my opinion,if someone is talking about the relative aspect of QUALITY and using the word " CHEAP" and that too being in healthcare then it is highly thought provoking. Quality promise is all about absolute terms and I believe there can't be 99.5% Quality and the word " cheap" is derogatory for any brand . How many of you will agree with me ?
