Data is the the fuel that powers for AI. Large Language Model (LLMs) represent the static, foundational information (analogous to low grade fossil fuels). By contrast, Large Action Models (LAMs) will power the predictive AIs of the future. Harnessing learner behavioral data will unlock the next level of AI value by empowering people to be recognized for their authentic self and social worth and thereby gain equitable access to opportunities.

What do you think about this? Business Insider reported that OpenAI is planning to remove its nonprofit oversight, and "uncap" it's funding/income potential. Elimating the company's nonprofit governance is in essence removing its moral concience, and opening doors for less regulated AI development and implementation. Business Insider also quotes a former OpenAI board member who claims Sam Altman is prone to lying, and deceptive behavior. 👁 Highly Recommended Post & Perspective: My hero Elon Musk does indeed have a point Linas Beliūnas. However due to the nature of potentially getting to AGI a lot sooner, and the huge transformative purpose of AI on humanity, I would strongly recommend both parties seek an amicable resolution. Let’s put it another way… imagine a huge meteor is headed for earth and we only have 1 year left to deflect its path, or else it’s 💯 certainty the end of humanity like dinosaurs 🦖 before us, and we need massive funding in the nick of time, what should we do? This seems to me a more rational juxtaposition than the Amazon one, albeit point taken. My personal opinion is humanity is in critical imminent danger and we may all very well wake up tomorrow and WW3 has been fully declared, considering the dire geopolitical situation in Europe and the Middle East. I’m really not kidding when I suggest humans are an extremely dangerous species to itself and the planet. This time we really are talking nuclear war and it really will be the end and no bunker will save Zuckerberg or Altman, TikTok, or anyone else. The only solution to our innate human problem is AGI!! My point is we need something way bigger than human that does not inhibit innate human bias to take over agency, but allows for human oversight through domain expertise. AGI is the solution and we need to get to AGI like yesterday, or it’s too late and we are all walking dead dinosaurs 🦕 sorry to be very frank in my perspective. Hahaha all the ho ha about do gooders. The not-for-profit agenda was to try to push the AI development using public data, then giving free AI access was to get people to use and feel AI to get them HOOKED and justify AI's need and development to the society, then the senate hearing was to push the burden of AI regulation onto the government, and the final push was to commercialize the advanced version while still dishing out an inferior one for free to eventually to phase it out or defeaturize it, and BAM create a multi-billion dollar industry. The Big Shift: OpenAI to Abandon Its Nonprofit Roots   OpenAI, initially founded as a nonprofit research organization, is considering restructuring into a for-profit entity. Currently, a nonprofit board oversees its for-profit division, but this shift would reduce the nonprofit arm to a minor stakeholder, making the company more accountable to shareholders. A notable change would involve CEO Sam Altman receiving a 7% equity stake, a departure from his previous commitment not to hold equity in alignment with the nonprofit’s mission. This restructuring aims to make OpenAI more appealing to investors, as the company seeks a new funding round that could value it at $150 billion. Critics, however, question whether OpenAI's promises of AI benefiting society are realistic, pointing to a widening gap between AI companies profiting from the technology and the creators whose work they rely on.
